My name is Caleb Page. My corporate background includes IT project management, running manufacturing business units, and strategy consulting. I served as a US Coast Guard officer in my twenties. I left the corporate world for the world of entrepreneurship in 2005 when I started a franchise of The Maids.
It quickly grew (around 5,000 cleanings per year) and has been recognized as the Best of Boston by Boston Magazine on multiple occasions. My wife has run the day to day operations since 2007.
In 2009 I was ready to find another opportunity. Realizing our developed expertise in delivering a best in class customer experience I looked to other home/real estate services sectors for a business that complemented our house cleaning operation. Real Property Management entered the picture.
- Professionalism is how people get to know us. It starts with the way we present ourselves in the community as informed experts. It continues with how we answer the phone through every interaction with our customers, residents, suppliers, and employees.
- Mutual respect is how people come to like us. Mutual respect is the basis of any Real Property Management Boston relationship.
- Creating a sense of family is how people come to trust us. We are entrusted with the care of large personal assets (real estate) and maintaining and improving the livability of resident’s homes. It is as a family that we can best create an environment to take care of the deeply personal needs our relationships have.
Over the coming weeks, I will share stories, anecdotes, and points of view about the industry in which we operate. Feel free to reach out to our office with any property management question – you don’t have to be a customer. We’re happy to start the relationship by engaging in a conversation.
